Status | Description |
Payment accepted | Payment is successful. |
Payment unsuccessful | Payment is unsuccessful. |
Shipped | Order is shipped. |
Delivered | Order is received (and paid) by customers. |
Canceled | Order is canceled. (Only for unpaid orders) |
Apply for return | Customers apply for return within 7 days since the shipment date. |
Return in progress | OWTEL Store received return parcel and start to process. |
Exchange accepted | Return order is accepted for exchange. |
Refund accepted | Return order is accepted for refund. |
Return denied | Return order is denied. |
Exchange product shipped | Exchange order is shipped. |
Exchange product delivered | Exchange order is received by customers. |
Refunded by posting check | The refund check is dispatched by ordinary post at customers’ own risk for orders paid by cash. |
Refunded to credit card account | Order fee is refunded to credit card account for orders paid by credit card. |
Refunded to PayPal account | Order fee is refunded to PayPal account for orders paid by PayPal Balance. |
Order closed | Order is no longer valid for exchange or refund. |
On backorder (paid) | Product(s) is/are out of stock but customers paid deposit. |
Processing in progress | Product(s) is/are being assigned and/ or packed. |
Awaiting payment | Customers are not yet paid. |
