In the process of delivering products to you, your parcel goes through a series of stages. Here is a quick guide to easily decode the order statuses you see when tracking your order.

Order status

Payment acceptedPayment is successful.
Payment unsuccessfulPayment is unsuccessful.
ShippedOrder is shipped.
DeliveredOrder is received (and paid) by customers.
CanceledOrder is canceled. (Only for unpaid orders)
Apply for returnCustomers apply for return within 7 days since the shipment date.
Return in progressOWTEL Store received return parcel and start to process.
Exchange acceptedReturn order is accepted for exchange.
Refund acceptedReturn order is accepted for refund.
Return deniedReturn order is denied.
Exchange product shippedExchange order is shipped.
Exchange product deliveredExchange order is received by customers.
Refunded by posting checkThe refund check is dispatched by ordinary post at customers’ own risk for orders paid by cash.
Refunded to credit card accountOrder fee is refunded to credit card account for orders paid by credit card.
Refunded to PayPal accountOrder fee is refunded to PayPal account for orders paid by PayPal Balance.
Order closedOrder is no longer valid for exchange or refund.

Pre-order status

On backorder (paid)Product(s) is/are out of stock but customers paid deposit.
Processing in progressProduct(s) is/are being assigned and/ or packed.

Cart status

Awaiting paymentCustomers are not yet paid.
